The Annual General Meeting of the Shropshire Sheep Breeders Association and Flock Book Society, Company Limited by Guarantee, will be held in the YFC Pavilion at the Stafford County Showground, Weston Rd, Stafford. ST18 0BG on Saturday 18th November 2023. (Building immediately on the Left once through the gate). The meeting will commence at 10.00am with complimentary tea and coffee available from 9.30am
All members of the Society are welcome to attend. Please note that only Life and Full members are entitled to vote on any resolutions (one vote per Flock). Notices have been emailed out to all members for whom the Society holds an email address (others were sent by post).

Please note the English Winter Fair is taking place at the showground on this date. We have been advised by Stafford Showground that people must hold a valid ticket to enter the showground on that day. On production of your ticket, the Society will re-imburse you £12 per flock at the AGM (the price of an advance ticket).
We expect the AGM to finish around lunchtime giving members plenty of time to visit the show.
