The Shropshire Sheep Breeders’ Association and
Flock Book Society
The SSBA is the oldest sheep breed society in the United Kingdom, and was the
first to publish a flock book in 1882.
The society’s main objective is the promotion of breeding Shropshire Sheep
at home and abroad, and the maintenance of their purity.
The SSBA is a Registered Charity (Number 1115599)
